The Colonel Join Date: Jul 2006	Re: Important organizations with Courtesy Rank for standard ranks Would this work - as noted in the OP for Jedi (or Firefly style agents of Parliament) and similar "agents at large" who have the authority to walk into organisations that work for the same state - typically military or police - and take over?
