Most writers don't have Independent Income in GURPS terms; I have no idea if Fletcher does tbh. Someone like Stephen King, though, definitely has Independent Income in GURPS terms. Possibly with a +0% modifier that the purchased income is the average, and in any given month the figure varies by up to +/- 20 % say.
