Ah, no. II is a fixed sum, so many dollars a month, calculated as a percentage of your starting wealth. I can assure you that author royalties are not a fixed so many dollars a month. Even the income averaged over a year may fluctuate. Author royalties vary in the way that GURPS 3/e job tables attributed to freelance job income.
