Ghosts and Pirates

I think we'd be hard pressed to find a ghost monster that wasn't an Undead Monster in other Munchkin games. They largely treat the two as the same.

As for Pirates, the "Bearded" Monsters from Booty might be considered Pirates. Other than that, they'd need the word Pirate in their name or flavor text, I would hypothesize.

Well, nothing prevent an Undead monster to also be a Ghost monster, I suppose.
Probably all the Ghost Monsters should be also Undead Monsters anyway.
