Mewsical act bad stuff

Hi I have a question about the bad stuff from the monster card „mewsical act“ from munchkin kitten. It says: „Discard at least two Hands worth of Items so you can cover your ears“.
Does this mean to just discard two items or something else?.

It is referring to "Hand" items. Discard two items that require 1-hand, or one item that requires 2-hands.
