come in the same sizes as the more common dragons, but are animals much more closely related to gargoyles. They don't have the breath attack, have an animal intelligence, roar as a beast and don't speak languages, They have IQ 7 for 4-hex or larger sizes (IQ 6 below this), do two more points of claw damage, and their stony scales stop 1 more hit than common dragon scales. Their dung has no known chemical or alchemical uses yet, but is worth a fair amount if fresh to certain researchers.


Training these as riding mounts is occasionally done, but runs the risk of gravely offending common dragons.
