“Play this card when you are cursed”-
Does this mean only when the curse is being played?
The wording COULD also apply when a curse has been in effect long term, as one “would be cursed” at a later time, until the curse is removed.

Both ways seem reasonably Munchkinly, and I can’t find guidance on the forum or the FAQ. Can I get an official-ish ruling?
