Who are the "Surgeons" who have +1?
It's written capitalized and bold, as if it were a card, but that card doesn't seem to exist.
So are they real-life surgeons?

My guess is that they are planning on adding a Surgeons class with a future add-on. Maybe ask at USAopoly.

I'm fairly certain it's just real life surgeons. I'm not sure why they used the formatting they did. I don't recall any plans for an expansion, or anything else mentioning surgeons, or Surgeons for that matter.
