[3e] Statting a 3GL style grenade launcher

So, I've been playing around with GURPS, and I remember that MetalStorm made a rather practical idea for their system in the form of the 3GL.

The basic idea is mating a UGL (in this case, the good ol' US 40mm low-pressure) with MetalStorm.

How would I stat such a weapon, I know it would need to be the same TL as caseless ammunition and ETC for a start...
