Re: Alternate Hit Point System?
One of the reasons that I preferred TFT over D&D was the simplification of ST also being hit points. It has been my personal observation in life that people that are physically stronger can take more damage before being negatively affected by that damage. I saw cases in D&D where characters had fairly low ST and fairly high hit points. This was usually because they were higher level characters while being weaker character types. That's another thing that I preferred about TFT, no levels. Just attribute totals in whatever combination the PC desired.
