The Unpierceable Shield or KeigumShide:
(This fabled armament was a gift from the Gods to Togo Liber the ancient hero to aid in vanquishing the Manticore Coven of Evigar.)

Tower Shield (-2DX to use) stops 3 hits.
This giant teardrop shaped shield shines with a lacquer of epicuticle creation secretion that makes the surface impenetrable.

Wielded like a normal shield except a 3/DX deflecting roll is made against any damaging attack to their front hexes during the turn.
If successful, the blow is deflected and causes no harm.
If failed, the shield is bypassed and provides no protection (not even the normal 3 hits for tower shield)

When the shield is used to block multiple blows/projectiles during a turn each strike beyond the 1st adds 1d6 to the DX roll. ex the 2nd strike is deflected on 4d6, 3rd on 5d6 and so on.

While the shield itself cannot be pierced the user can still suffer from the kinetic energy of heavy blows. Any 2handed weapon (except a spear) or strike from an enemy of 20+ ST will induce stun or knockdown results if the deflected hits were 5+ (-2DX next action) or 8+ (knockdown).
