Let me ask others about this. I am curious how all other see it:
Does a fencer with two swords need to choose how he is defending or do the two abilities stack?

If these talents do not stack and thus there are two ways to defend: the damage reduction option is better against low damaging attacks and the 5/DX option is better against high damage attacks.
