Munchkin South Park edition

I couldn't use the search �� bar. It simply doesn't work when using my phone. I have few questions regarding the South Park edition.

1. When ally Randy Marsh is in play, it protects against bad stuff resulting in losing a level. What if bad stuff says "losing 2 levels"? Am I still protected?

2. When a monster is not interested in pursuing me as my level is too low, the monster is discarded and my turn ends? Or I still have to kick the door for a new monster to fight? FAQ doesn't specify this.

3. I'm not allowed to quote the card text so I'll try my best to paraphrase it. There's a One Shot card with Stan Marsh pinching his nose. When I play this card, which card exactly am I supposed to discard?

4. The rules mention "persistent curses". How do you distinguish them? All the curses' descriptions sound like a one-time thing. It's confusing.

It's my first post on the forum. I hope I'm writing in the right place. Just trying to figure the game out before I introduce it to my friends.
