How many knives per dose?

I tried to find this in the rules but I couldn't. Does one dose poison one weapon, regardless of size? As much poison to dose a dagger as a greatsword?

That's my reading of the rules in DFRPG. I might rationalize this with a greatsword as spreading the venom on the part of the blade that is most likely to cause injury.

Given that the damage is also unaffected by weapon size, seems plausible enough to me.

Technically, yes. "One Dose Fits All".

But at the end of the day it's a GM call. I personally would let 'one dose' coat 5 knives, arrows, or shuriken. A whole bunch of blow darts. Maybe two shortswords. 1 broad or two-handed sword. But that's me.
