Vampire card plus add a monster

Hello
I have a little problem, what do I do if I add vampire to a fight with other monsters. Does the player fight without equipment ? or just for the vampire??

You always fight all of the monsters together. If one monster has a restriction, then it applies to the combat as a whole.
