Difference in time to do a posture change when flying are, I believe, outside the scope of this thread; best not to derail it. I would consider that an oversight; I see no reason why a character who is unreliant on legs to stay in their current posture (either due to being in a posture where the legs aren't supporting the character's weight, or because the character is flying) would be unable to use all of them for leg Parries.
