Characters with 'Power-heavy' builds

It's been long enough that making this a separate post instead of an edit makes sense: I'm reasonably sure that when making Bertrand, I should have spent more points on Talents and less on skills. I think I might have intended that earlier, but forgotten (though I'm not sure which Talents should have been added or increased). So, if I post a new version of him at some point, that'll probably be why.
