Issues with Transhuman Space Templates

I just discovered a few minor problems with some templates in the Changing Times and Shell-Tech files, which I was able to fix for myself. (In brief, some Accessory perks weren't set up properly, and some characters with a single Short Arm weren't coded correctly.) I'd attach the corrected files here, but the board won't accept *.gdf files as uploads.

Is there somewhere I could or should e-mail these?
