No, we don't have a date for Denizens: Thieves. SJ Games doesn't usually pre-announce dates for PDF products. We also don't have any information on other Denizens books.

The book is with Steve Jackson games for final editing and layout. It is out of my hands.

Unfortunately it's being held up by Kromm's multiple secret projects, one of which is likely an adaptation of the Ring of Fire series.
