Blessed card

Hi!
I have a question, yesterday we were playing Munchkin and I stole an Item that had attached a blessed card. My question is when I had the item + blessed card in my power and in my turn before any battle or anything may I moved the blessed card to another item of my own?

Enhancers are permanently attached to the card they are played on. They cannot be moved to another card.
