May we have miniature support please!

I love the new hex bases in DF and the ones in the store! I have several sets of colorful and black ones. The facing arrow in the plastic is fantastic. Yes I rhyme.

What I would love to see next would be;

1) Hex bases for larger creatures! I'm thinking each hex is like a "puzzle piece" combinable hex bases that would "click" together to form larger bases. There should be some "holder" bases for the cardboard minis and "plain" bases that expand around it. Probably could use 20 - 30 in a set to have multiple bigger creatures on the board. You could also use them to represent horses and just put the character in the holder while they ride...

2) Area effect templates! Maybe a series of "outlines" that you place on the board that fit "around" the edges of the hexes? Like a thin cookie cutter thing made of wire or plastic. Bonus points if they come in different colored sets!
