Cheap Armor and Brigandine

Delvers to Grow introduced "cheap" equipment. For armor, this is -0.6 CF and -1 DR. Unfortunately this makes brigandine armor useless - cheap plate has the same DR and weight for less money.

So to save brigandine, I suggest that "cheap" armor also gives -1 to reaction, because it's scruffy-looking. Clearly anyone who has to do with that kind of armor can't be trusted with anything important.

Works for me. In fact, I might do that for all cheap armor from now on.
