It's a fair point that you penalized the little dudes in other ways.

However, it seems to me that the same amount of poison in a smaller body ought to be more likely to cause damage than in a larger body even if the two have the same ST. I just don't quite get why you decided otherwise, but no matter. It's your houserule after all.

But I'm a little surprised to see your ST 6 goblin wizards are unlikely to ever bother increasing ST -- they really must love their manastaffs, huh?
