Default GCA4: Thaumatology: Path/Book magic, Extended Rule of 20

I'm building a character that uses Path/Book magic, with the Extended Rule of 20. The different Paths are each IQ/VM skills, defaulting to Ritual Magic -6. However, Ritual Magic skill of 21+ is counted as 20 for default purposes.

So the default level for a path in abstract terminology would be something like:

Minimum(20, "SK:Ritual Magic") -6.

Do we have a minimum operator to use for this?

I'm still using GCA4, because it has the Phoenix character sheet layout, which I really like.

Can you just turn on the option for "Global rule of" for that character, and let that do it?

Yup, that works - never spotted that one before. Thanks!
