Harm Pit doubles monsters's Level. Mirror Portal reverses dungeon's bonuses. Should I divide monster's strength in half?

For example, i'm fighting vs monster level 10.
Which strength has this monster in Harm Pit with Mirror Portal?

i don't know these cards but i would assume you do half the monsters strength to 5
