It looks like Douglas accidently used a curly quotes to close out the URLs, which is causing them to not be processed correctly by the BBCode.

The end-quote in each link somehow became a "smart-quote," which stupidly killed all the links. I think I've fixed them.

I think you may have not gotten the Smart Delvers print link tag quite right. The link works but only because the server is discarding the trailing nonsense from the URL.
