Something you aren't meant to do, but p56 allows this specific test

I'd allow Mage Sight (IQ 12) to do it. Rules As Written only mention that it works on shadow, blur, etc. But it's not too much of a stretch to let it see the aura of whatever it is that makes a wizard a wizard.
