RPM Blocking Spells/Instant Gathering

I've never personally been a fan of Natural Caster so while I do allow it I rarely use it, I instead find a 10pt 'RPM Talent' preferable, I just don't have a snappy name for it

This 10pt talent thus mirrors Non RPM Magery as '10pts, 1 better at spells and thaumatology' so it gives me pleasing symmetry
