There were five images of trailers in the old (white cover) Deluxe Edition rulebook (one of these was on the black and white counter sheets for that edition). Some of these made it into the Compendium's illustrations. Some didn't.
The Midville supplement also had a couple of car trailers. Plus, of course, the VG2 counter sheets.
