Oversized Vehicle Top Speeds

I personally haven't seen the issue with this, but that could be I never though about it. I suppose it depends how long it take to get to that top speed as well. I always seen the HC decrease as a bit of reason to not go stupid fast with no trailer. I am more of a Car person though. It been and interesting read.
