Shadekeep, that's correct: It's a a gate token. It came with a later project, I think it was sometime after Decks of Destiny. But I forget which. a few people did throw the item out because sometimes they didn't notice it in the box. I mentioned it on Discord and a few members there were able to rescue theirs!

It's the TFT warrior's guild coin. When meeting another warrior you are to present it, whom ever doesn't have a coin in his belt pouch, has to buy the drinks. I thought everyone knew about guild coins.
