So I was at level 8 and played a Level 1 Maul Rat along with Mate. So I was easily winning.
My opponent played Wandering Monster along with some monster that I couldn't beat. I tried putting down Magic Lamp to make the Wandering Monster disappear but without stopping the combat, using the theory that using Magic Lamp doesn't actually *require* you to run away. But my opponent argued that running away was implied. So who was right? "On their turn, the Player may use the Magic Lamp to summon a genie who makes a single Monster vanish, even if the Player fails to Run Away and it is about to catch them" |
