Dispel Magic vs. Constructs

Is Dispel Magic effective at defeating constructs like golems? If so, would they resist with HT?

It has no effect at all. Constructs are permanently enchanted. Dispel Magic is very specific: "Has no effect on enchanted items, permanent changes in the world, . . .". There's no quick way to take out a construct by dispelling its magic.
