Question: RPM and any actual plays using it?

RPM already has two books. No reason an RPM companion like you are suggesting couldn't be pitched.

Aye. I'm taking a bit of break at the moment. My personal life has been really bad. So bad I could barely run my own GURPS campaigns and that for me is awful. But it's getting a lot better and after a bit I'm sure I'll be cranking out new material as fast as I usually do.
