In the top-of-thread listings, "Unknown (by William Stoddard)" is missing several more recent hints. From my notes:

"a large book (by current GURPS standards), and one that covers  an established GURPS domain from a new angle"; WS blog 8/20/2020
"revised draft... arrived"; Kromm blog 1/8
"moved into peer review on January 20, 2021. We anticipate that process shouldn't take more than a month"; Kromm News 1/29
