Equipment Ruling Question

There's a one-hand equipment card called "Needle" in Grimm Tidings that reads:

+1 Bonus
(+4 for Tailors)

Assuming that the player's character is a tailor, should this be read as +4 or +5 power total?

+4 -- it's a replacement, not a second addition.
