I was thinking in terms of getting engagement from people on the internet. My feeling is if you preload a lot of rules then you turn away more people. Once they're there, the decisions made by the process can then lead you to good drama and creativity.

I think "post-apocalyptic" describes the current state of affairs, not something that happened in the distant past.
