Question 1 [CTY] What is the name of the city?

The megacorp who built the place dubbed it YOU-Topia as a marketing gimmick. Picture yourself in paradise! This gets about as much respect as you might expect in a cyberpunk setting.

Question 2 [CTY] What interesting geographic feature is the city built on (or in, around, between or under)?

It's an artificial island, fabricated mostly out of plastic harvested from the Pacific Trash Gyre in both a PR move (cleaning up the environment, yo) and because hey, free raw material..

Question 3 [CTY] Where did they put it, and why?
