Xenophilia doesn’t mention reaction modifiers at all, but it does mention Things that Man Was Not Meant To Know, which usually all have monstrous or horrific appearance, so it’s clearly meant to ignore those modifiers. Lecherousness means you might have sex with anything you find attractive, xenophilia means you find anything strange attractive regardless of appearance.
