A new release, the Dungeon Planner, is available in both PDF and through Amazon's print-on-demand service. This is a toolkit for those GMs who enjoy creating dungeons.

I saw this earlier today in an email notice from DriveThruRPG, and was surprised. Just $3 (PDF), folks!
It's book of forms, not content. Specifically:
So it's largely a collection of forms already found in existing books, but with some new additions. And it's kind of cool to see them all in a single book, ready to plan out a single dungeon. Initial thoughts:
No more thoughts at the moment – it's a simple (but likable) product. I'll have to get the Amazon POD version and cook up something.

I wish more effort had been put into making it fillable digitally. Would have been nice for distribution of dungeons online

As for the form fillable there are plenty of free or inexpensive pdf editing software for you to add it yourself.

While I agree that there are plenty of software for that. The way the pdf is built makes it very unfriendly to edit. For example the hex are all individual hexes making any change incredibly slow.
