As off a rule change several years ago, you cannot force another player to help you win the game, and if you force someone to help and then the fight turns into one for the victory, the other player gets booted out of the fight and you're on your own.

No.

Or since it's the last level and there's non need of gaining trophies, the Trojan Horse can't be played?

This is covered in the

A. Congratulations on your victory! Trojan Horse cancels the Treasure but not the levels from one combat and immediately starts a new one. If the result of the first combat brought you to Level 10, the game is over and Trojan Horse can't be played.

Theoretically, a Wishing Ring could be the target of a Curse (particularly early in the game when people have fewer cards in play), but since you can use the
Wishing Ring to cancel the Curse, that's a pretty ineffective use of a Curse card.
