Did 4e "All in a night's work" every see the light of day?

The last comments on "All in a night's work" I can find is back in 2016. Now I know about the art issue but it has been 4 years so what happened?

It did not see the light of day. Why that is, however, I don't know.

Still seems like a fairly straightforward "porting" job and a great artifact to help players give GURPS a go.

Please, provide more then just a title and a page number.
