Question is: Say I'm a Level 6 player. An opponent uses a Lemming Juice on the Gummi Golem (or some other one-shot item).

a) is this legal?
b) what is a magical item, ie can I cast a one-shot that will give me a corresponding bonus?

Understood that I *COULD* cast a Monster Spell that reduces it's strength, but I don't have that card in my hand.
