TFT GM screen errata

My GM last week didn't know about the HTH adjustment on top of the inflated ITL bare handed damage because this wasn't listed on the GM screen.

I've gone over all of the sections on the GM screen and listed every variance from the rulebook that I could see. What other issues remain?

Also any place ITL specifically says fighter that excludes wizards like the HTH bonus for "fighter in hand-to-hand combat", right?

-1 to hit "a multi-hex figure in flight" is an invention of this screen AFAIK. The actual rules say -4 unless it's flying in a confined space like a corridor, and then +1 for every hex you have unblocked line of sight to.
