By name, there's also the wights from GURPS Myth*, but those are quite different than the usual (D&D or draugr-esque) standard. I don't have my copy at hand, but they're fairly similar in concept to doomchildren, except larger, much slower and with an AoE paralysis effect (I guess one could say that they're great suppur-t units? :D)

*It's 3E and well out of print, and given the ambiguity in who owns the IP these days, I'm not sure it's likely ever be redistributed. Copies show up on eBay from time to time, though.
