Can players bargain for future Treasure in Munchkin Tournament play?
If player can bargain for future Treasure, how far into the future can a player promise future Treasure? A future 'X' Combat, Round, Game, etc.?
Do the players have to keep their promise?
Does a judge or tournament organizer (TO) have to log and hold tournament players promises accountable to each other?
Any recommendations on how to handle "Penalties" or "Violations" for this type of situation?
