Backerkit Love?

I'd be happy to love the lich dice bag. I have no idea how to do so. I clicked the heart icon, but that caused the item to appear on its own page, with no way to love it. How can I indicate that I love the lich dice bag?

"Love" is BackerKit's language for those who have selected an item as an add-on. 250 love = 250 different backers have selected that item as an add-on as they completed their survey.
