Changing Dex Order of Action

Four figures are in a fight:
A and B are attacking C, while D is attacking B.

A
C
BD

A acts first, the C, then D, then B based on Dx

A hits C and knocks them down, causing C to lose their action.

D would normally go next...but B, who is attacking C as well, just got +4 Dx.

Does B now go?
