I 3D printed a Melee Map just for fun. Not happy with the connectors -looking at alternates. But, given my ineptitude with plaster and most modeling tools, letting a robot do the work is easier for me.

And then there's the MagHex hexes on ThingiVerse - they're for GloomHaven, so they use 1.25" hexes, but they look awesome.

Having said that, I'm thinking of just 3D printing risers for the Legacy Edition/Decks of Destiny megahexes and using them with my laminated poster map to create multi-level labyrinths.
