Malign Mirror and One-Shot Items

No. You can't use ANY Items other than Armor.

This is one of the very rare cases where an effect on one combatant does NOT carry over to the whole fight. The player not under the influence of the Malign Mirror may use all her Items, including her one-shots, normally.
